All courses are approved by the Council for Accreditation in Hearing Conservation (CAOHC). All required CAOHC application fees are included in the course tuition. Each student’s application and required fees will be processed and forwarded to CAOHC upon the successful completion of the course requirements. The course tuitions are as follows:
Course Cancellation Policy:
Tuition, less an administrative fee of $75.00, is refundable if notification of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the course.
No refund will be given if notification of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the course.
All courses are subject to being rescheduled or cancelled no later than two weeks prior to the start date.
